Greek Life Threads had the opportunity and experience to be 1 of 4 vendors out of many to participate and execute greek apparel at Alpha Phi’s Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Leadership Conference & Convention this past weekend in Uniondale, New York. Though we went the distance & the weather was bearable, the sisters of Alpha Phi were more than just business, they were all fun! The 13 include nine fraternities, three sororities, and one co-ed fraternity. Now, don’t go off and get distracted by silly movies like “Animal House” or “House Bunny” making claims that, Continue reading →

Alpha Gamma Rho at Iowa State Goes Romney

The last place you’d expect to find political signs posted up on any lawn would be a Fraternity House. However, we spoke too soon because Alpha Gamma Rho at Iowa State was not shy about showing their republican pride. President of AGR, Andrew J. Lauver, mentions most of their members are very conservative and come from small towns and drive pick up trucks. They mostly are interested and majoring in something agriculture-related. Alpha Gamma Rho is known to be the “Farm Fraternity” actually. Although, they Continue reading →
